Track an order

Check the status of your shipment in real time: pickup, estimated delivery, delivery confirmation and the name of the person who signed for it.

Three letters followed by the order number (no spaces, lower case is fine), or the pro number / pro sticker number from your shipping label. Prefer the classic tracking page? Open the classic tracker.

How to find your tracking number

  1. Take the first 3 characters of your Trans-Ontario Express account number (your customer prefix).
  2. Add your order number right after it, with no space or dash.
  3. The full tracking number is also printed on your bill of lading and in your order confirmation.
  4. No tracking number handy? Enter the pro number (probill) or the pro sticker number printed on your shipping label instead: it finds the same order.
